Remember The Woman Who Infected Many Men With HIV? See Her Recent Hot Photos

Jackline Njoki Mwangi was diagnosed with HIV at a tender age after sleeping with men for upkeep money. She then started infecting other people intentionally saying she too was not warned by the person who infected her.

Muthoni said it was her s3xual partners' responsibility to protect themselves and not hers. The 36-year-old blamed her woes on her mother who she claimed despised and mistreated her after she left the country to work in the US

Many people usually find it hard to disclose their HIV/AIDS status to anyone as it is a subject of confidentiality and no one is allowed to reveal the other person's status.

But that was not the case for one Jackline Njoki Mwangi who not only shared her status with her family members but with her followers on her social media pages to the shock of many.

Speaking Njoki, also known as Kiki wa Ng'endo, further revealed she intentionally infected her s3x partners to punish them for not using protection while sleeping with her.

"At the end of the day, I can not be your keeper. You know you do not know me, I am not related to you yet you want to have s3x with me, why don't you wear a condom or take a test with me if I'm comfortable and if I am not, ask me to wear a c0ndom?"she posed.

Njoki justified her actions saying she picked the disease from an infected person who also did not care to warn her.

She further noted she decided to go public with her status because she wanted men to stop approaching her for s3x after she developed complications in her private parts. The condition, Kiki said, has made her lose interest in s3x after 18 years of selling her body to s3xually hungry men for money for her upkeep.

The 36-year-old said she also wanted to warn men against sleeping with every woman they come across, create awareness and ask her family to stop insulting her every other time.

Kiki was first diagnosed with HIV while she was a teenager after she sold her body to men for a couple of years in an effort to get upkeep money for her and her nephew. This was after her mother left her and her elder sister in the care of their aunt to go and work in the United States.

Her mother would send money to their aunt but she never took care of them and when their mother learned of her new escapades, she started disliking her to date and mistreats her.

She had to drop out of high school and when her uncle tried talking her into going back to school, that was when she tested positive for HIV.

"It was heartbreaking, I stayed without taking medication but was just pushing on with life. At some point, I went upcountry and came back to Nairobi and that was when I attempted suicide," she said.

Kiki now decries being abandoned by both her family and friends who know about her status. The stigmatization she faced has left her depressed and emotionally drained.

She blames her woes on her mother walking out of her life and choosing not to support her in any way after she left the country.
